Focus
My main task in SUPSI is promoting and issuing continuous education, expanding the education proposals in new sectors such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, project management and services for industrial organizations.

Interests and Experiences
I held my graduation in Nuclear Engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan. Since June 1980 until March 1982, I was a Naval Engineer in Italian Navy (ITS F546 Visintini). Since May 1982 until June 1985, I was an Industrial Engineer in IRE Philips (Major Domestic Appliances). Since June 1985 until 1986, I was an Industrial Engineer in Parke Davis (Pharmaceutics). I started my activity as consultant in SOFT srl in 1987 and forwarded for almost 20 years in FESTO CTE srl where I was Director of “FESTO Master for Maintenance Manager” (9 editions). In 1990 I founded Academia, society of consulting and engineering. I am actually Assistant Director of the Master of Science (II Level) in “Reliability, Safety and Maintenance” at the Polytechnic of Turin (Italy) Since April 2004 until April 2008, I was President of ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers) Italy Affiliate; actually, in ISPE, I am Italian representative in European Education Committee and University Relations Committee. Since June 2008 until present times, I am Chairman of Working Group “Project Management”, Italian representative in CEN (European Standardization Committee) for PC381 “Management Consulting” and Vice President Technical Committee “Services” in UNI (Italian Standardization Committee).
